Premiun Event Fee
A premiun event is one in which you will be longer than 3 hours and / or having catering, music and multiple parts of the event. For example if you are having a wedding cermony, followed by the dinner/reception followed by dancing and music, we consider this to be a premium event. The $35 per person fee is based on the number of additional guests attendsing the event. Please enter the apporiate amount of guests attending your event.
The event fee does cover the use of the property for your event, an event co-ordinator and the approriate number of basic tables and chairs to support your event. The fee does not cover setup or themes such as Rustic or Shabby Chic, parking, heating lamps and other misc items.
